About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Automation Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions that drive real business impact.
You will play a key role in translating business processes into scalable AI-powered workflows while ensuring ethical, secure, and efficient implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client business processes and identify automation opportunities
Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, sales, and operations
Monitor and optimize existing automation systems for performance and accuracy
Document solutions and provide clear insights to stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of AI, automation, or workflow tools
Experience with tools such as CRM systems, automation platforms, or data tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required Skills / Software
– Expertise in design software tools such as Figma or similar.
– Strong of layout, typography, color theory, & composition to craft modern,
– Deep of user experience principles, ensuring that designs.
Nice to Have
Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools
Familiarity with AI models or data analytics
Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles
